The location of this place was perfect for our trip with easy access to a market and shops, convenient for walking.

It was clean, and the people were welcoming and polite. Btw, the airport was 30 km away...

Got guest room with Lilliputians Shower and bathroom as expected. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. The location was awesome, just next door to the centre of the town, the old harbour in Marseille and so many trams. I was surprised at nearby Minoofi, they had some goodies, drinks.

The double room came with a walk-in shower and bath sheets, and having a hair dryer available was a nice touch!

It was in the central location close to the harbour. There were climate control and coffee in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff were helpful and affable and knew their area;))

it was fairly clean and the staff were incredibly nice, beds were comfy. the hotel's location was favourable for everything i needed. close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to noailles subway station, was a big plus. everything was simply great.

The rooms here were cozy and had everything you needed 🛏️. A microwave, central heating, and an iron were all provided. the bathroom was spotless and the bed was really comfy. Plus, you couldn't beat the location - St Paul's Church was just a short walk away! .

Many dining options near the harbor, but also a kitchen available for added flexibility. Enjoyable view from window overlooking market, tram, and lively atmosphere of the port.

Despite the narrow entrance and the reception being upstairs, we quickly felt comfortable and found the hotel to be clean and sufficient for our needs. The room, though basic, was comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the view from the window, which overlooked the bustling old port and tramline. The proximity to the harbor also gave us plenty of options for dining out, but having the option to use the kitchen in the hotel was an added bonus for flexibility. our experience at Monte-Cristo was positive, and we would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and welcoming stay in Marseille.

Despite the shortcomings, the hotel did have some positive aspects. the location was incredibly convenient, with several nearby attractions within easy walking distance. Secondly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a decent level of comfort. Finally, the staff, particularly the receptionist Ayoub, was friendly and accommodating.

The lack of keys caused me great inconvenience during my stay. On one occasion, I was locked outside of the building, and another time, I was locked inside the building with no way to exit.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to reach the Old Port of Marseille. the room is spacious, including convenient amenities like a microwave and smoke detectors for safety. It's an incredibly comfortable hotel that would be my top pick in Marseille.
